After you have formatted your Motorola Android phone or installed a custom ROM on your Motorola you might loose the MotoNav app.

Here is the link:

  • Download MotoNav.apk app for HVGA screens (Motorola Backflip, Motorola Cliq, Motorola Dext)
  • Download MotoNav.apk app for FWVGA screens (Motorola Milestone)

you will have to get the Q4-2010 maps from Motorola Service Center.

Hi Keshav,

I didn take a back up of my SD card while upgrading beacause i didn think there would be anything important in it. Now it turns out that the MOTONAV app creates some files on SD card and that info is lost for me. Is there any work around to make this app work for me now?

Regards

post in the motorola support forum for same,Mark or some other support manager will be able to solve it for you. They will need your IMEI and will give you the needed files!

if you install the motonav, you will need a license file attached to the imei of your phone, which you’ll have to buy from motorola. Otherwise the app won’t work even if you have the maps and all!
